The second game of the 48th Kiou Title series 5-game match ,where Fujii five crowns was challenging Watanabe Kiou was held at Hokkoku Shinbunkaikan in Ishikawa city on February 18th. Score was Fujii five crowns one-win.
Opening game
Sente was Watanabe Kiou. Game form was Bishop exchange. Watanabe kiou chose Reclining silver. Fujii Five crowns swung rook to lead repetition.
Watanabe Kiou attacked with 4th file pawn and used right Knight. Fujii five crowns mounted a counterattack with double silvers.
Middle game
After fierce Opening game, Watanabe kiou`s pieces in hand were bishop and gold. Fujii five crowns` pieces in hand were rook and knight. Watanabe koi's point of assertion was material gain. Fujii Five crown’s was stability of king.
Watanabe Kiou put Bishop to prepare for attack. Fujii five crowns pus rook on enemy`s camp and promoted rook. Watanabe kiou defended with silver. Situation balance was changing one by one.
End game
Fujii five crowns became better situation balance. Fujii five crowns pulled his dragon to his own camp to defend his king. He attacked with own camp two bishops and approached opponent`s king vividly.
