The first game of the 35th Ryuou Title series 7-game Series, where Hirose 8-dan was challenging Fujii Ryuou was held at The Cerulean Tower Noh Theatre on October 7th and 8th.
Hirose 8-dan got Ryuou Title from Habu Ryuou(at that time) in 2018.
Ryuuou Title Series in 2018 was special. If Habu Ryuou had defended it, He have got 100 titles.
A lot of mass media paid attention to Habu 9-dan`s 100 titles. Hirose 8-dan felt away. Despite of disadvantage, he got title from Habu Ryuou(at that time). Habu Ryuou lost it, and he went uncrowned the first time in 27 years.
Hirose 8-dan lost it in 2019, whose opponent was Toyoshima Meijin(at that time).
Sente was Hirose 8-dan. Game form was Bishop exchange.
Hirose 8 dan was better situation balance at the first day. Hirose 8-dan widened the situation balance. Fujii Ryuou played ingenious move, but Hirose 8-dan read through and approached opponent`s king.
Hirose 8-dan won with 107 moves. He got off to a good start. The second game will be held on October 21th and 22th. I am looking for next game.
