The third game of 69th Ouza Title series 5 game Series , where Kimura 9-dan was challenging Nagase Ouza was held at Jinya in Hadano city(located in Kanagawa prefecture) on September 22 th. Score was Kimura 9-dan one- win. Nagase Ouza one -win.
Jinya was started to know about a place where Shogi and Go players vie for the title of the king after Showa era. More than 300 title matches were held to date. Mr.Yoshiharu Habu took the title of the king in 52nd title match and accomplished a historic achievement there. That was his 80th win in his career which was the same number as unbreakable record of 80 wins by 15th Master of Yasuharu Oyama.
Sente was Nagase Ouza. Game form was Double Wing attack. Game was fierce at the opening game. It became middle game by around 20 moves. Situation balance was equal at opening and middle game. It was said that It would be end game by around 40 moves, but they reformed king`s shape each other around 57 moves. Both players are defence style, So they were playing safely. Game game became slow around 80 moves.
Nagase Ouza led to kimura 9-dan`s mistake because Kimura 9-dan had a little time left. Kimura 9-dan counld not find best move at the end game.
Nagase Ouza won with 131 moves. Next game will be held on October 5th. I am looking for Kimura 9-dan`s rollback.
