The fourth game of the sixth Eiou Title Series where Fujii Double crown is challenging Toyoshima Eiou was held at Tokyu Hotel in Nagoya city on August 22th.
Both players are also fighting Oui Title Series at the same time now. Aiou Title series’ score was Fujii Double crown two win. Toyoshima Eiou one win. Oui Title series’ score was Toyoshima Eiou one win, Fujii oui three win. He won the fourth game three days ago. If he wins next game in Oui Title Series, He will defend Oui Title.
Sente was Toyoshima Eiou. Game form was Double Wing Attack. They exchanged Bishop and used Knight each other. Both players made central house. Toyoshima Eiou took the lead ,and extended a lead little by little at the opening and middle game. He could not give Fujii double Crown chance to attack. Toyoshima Eiou returned dragon in his camp to cut off Fujii Double crown’s attack and took Fujii Double Crown`s rook at the end game. Finally He put rook on enemy camp and approached Fujii Double Crown`s king.
Toyoshima Eiou won easily with 91 moves. Next Eiou Title Series will be held in Tokyo Shogi kaikan on September 13th . Nobody knows which player will win. I can’t wait the next game.
