Saitou Shintatou 8-dan is one of the promising young player. He took part in Denou Series（It is a battle for Shogi Robot）、and beat Apery with 115 moves.He got Ouza Title from Nakamura Taichi Ouza(at that time) in 2018. He is the first time to challenge Meijin Title series.
I think that his record was very excellent in fiscal year 2020 .(We starts fiscal year on April and end on March.).
The result of Ranking league A is outsanding, whose socre was 8 win and 1 loss.
He also won the second place in NHK Shogi Tournament in 2020.
What about his characteristic?
He is good-looking and his characteristic is calm. About 80% of Shogi fun in Shogi events are Women.
He loves check mate problem. He got a championship in the 8 th of check mate problem tournament in 2011 (he was 17 years old at that time). He was the youngest champion in checkmate problem tournament at that time.
Watanabe Mejin is hero when he was a kid. Mr. Watanabe got a Ryuou title in 2004 when he entered Shoureikai.
