The 4th game of the 68th Ouza Title series 5-game match , Where Kubo 9-dan was challenging Nagase Ouza was held at Hotel Okura Kobe on August 6th. Nagase Ouza won 2 won and 1 losee, If he win this game, He defend Ouza title and is the first time to defend Title. Mr. Yonenaga who was once president of Japanese Shogi Association said Player who could defend Title was real title Holder. He lost Eiou Title on September, so this game was very important for him.
This game was very dramatic game. Challenger Kubo 9-dan won this game with 201 moves. What a long long game isn`t it ? At end game Nagase Ouza was likely to complete win. AI Srore was almost Nagase Ouza :90 %、 Kubo 9-dan: 10%. But he never gave up. He put on gold and silver in his territory to defend Nagase Ouza`s offence and formed Anagume Castle. Finally Nagase Ouza made a mistake, and Reversal was occurred. I was watching this game on Ameba TV, I was amazed reverse game. I thought that Kubo 9- dan was shaping form for this game.
